Exchanges:
- If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost.
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as personalized products, hygiene items, etc.are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
- Sale or clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item:
