1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) may be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $49.90
  • Orders under $49.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.99
  • Express Shipping is available for eligible destinations at a flat fee of $6.99

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx).

5. Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customs rejection, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Lost or stolen packages must be reported to us within 14 days of the delivery status for investigation.
